What counts as a seat?

Each member of your company, plus each invitation that hasn't been accepted or expired yet. One seat covers someone in every app.

Do we pay for each app?

No. The company has one plan, and it holds in Penguin Poker and Penguin Parade alike, with one bill and one member list.

Can we pay yearly?

Yes. Yearly billing costs ten months' worth, so two months are free. You can switch between monthly and yearly from the company's billing page.

What happens if we cancel?

The plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for, then the company moves to Free in every app. Nobody is removed, and nothing is deleted: rooms keep their rounds and Parade keeps its goals and check-ins, hidden until you upgrade again. You can't add people while you're over Free's 5 seats.
